Using only the finest ingredients, our ice creams
and sorbets are churned daily in 'batch freezers' and hand
packed in 2 litre and 5 litre containers for restaurants and
caterers.
Our menu of flavours is never-ending and seasonal
fruits are used as they become available and we will happily
churn special flavours if requested. We also offer a range
of individual portions, terrines and 'take home' packs for
retail food stores.
Many of our sorbets can be used as a base for
daquiris or margaritas. These are available in 5 litre containers.
